Lara Jeremko is the Founder and Creative Director of DAMA SUTRA, where she leads the brand’s vision, creative strategy, and editorial voice. A trusted advisor to multi-billion-dollar investment funds, philanthropists and award-winning film producers, she brings a rare fusion of strategic clarity, narrative intelligence, and aesthetic conviction to the world of fashion. After a decade of navigating both boardrooms and creative studios, Lara founded DAMA SUTRA to reimagine statement dressing as both a styling system and a cultural force—where power, pleasure, and precision converge in limited-edition capsule collections.

Janice Lee is the Design Strategy Lead and Founding Advisor of DAMA SUTRA, where she serves as a core creative partner and brand architect. Trained in luxury ateliers including Oscar de la Renta and Monique Lhuillier, Janice brings a rare fluency across both couture craftsmanship and large-scale production. Her career bridges the worlds of high fashion and commercial viability—ensuring every collection is as technically sound as it is visually striking. With a discerning eye for detail and a strategic mind for growth, Janice guides each phase of development from sketch to sample—shaping DAMA SUTRA’s design process with creative integrity and bold imagination.
