DAMA SUTRA offers complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partners during standard business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Cost: Free
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from shipment, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, DAMA SUTRA does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DAMA SUTRA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
